I was just going through all the spam in our comments, and amongst all the standard comments entirely in russian and “soma soma soma  soma soma soma” stuff, one comment stood out from the rest. “Where can I fish round here,” the author of this comment asks. Nothing more, not even one of the generic ‘it sounds like I’m commenting on this actual blog’ type of sentences. I almost left it, to be honest. Perhaps it wasn’t spam? Could there be a chance that this entrepid young man (or lady!) is actually in desperate need of place to fish? Where is the Here he wishes to fish ’round? But then, of course, my suspiciouns rose anew. Could the fishing he desires be of the PH variety, tricking the naive out of their most private information? I must conclude that this is most likely the case, and this makes me sad.
